ProFootballX is a free, simulated entertainment platform that runs entirely on play money. Arbitration will take place in Chicago, Illinois. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.

No class actions: You may only bring claims against ProFootballX in your individual capacity. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.

Small claims exception: Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in Cook County, Illinois, provided it qualifies under that court's jurisdictional limits.
